4h hard ware exchange guarantee
Should there be a defect of the hard ware is a free of charge exchange within 4 hours, after the customer reported the defect, guaranteed during our business times. The installation of the operating systems and also possible expansions and also the resaving of the data, etc. is not part of the hard ware exchange guarantee and is therefore not included in the reaction time. Should we exceed the guaranteed time, are we reimbursing you per started 60 minutes time exceedance 1 day’s rent. One day’s rent equals 1/30 of a month’s rent. The maximum credit amount equals one month’s full rent. A guarantee on the server hardware is given throughout the whole contract duration.
